Meet Frank Herman

Meet Your Friend Frank, a second-generation real estate professional with expertise in both the residential and commercial sectors. He brings a wealth of experience with a tech focus! Frank began his real estate career as a Fannie Mae affiliate and studied real estate at Hondros College in 2010. During his undergraduate studies in project management, he managed the family's prominent RE/MAX franchise for several years. After finishing his master's degree in business finance, he made the pivotal decision to become a licensed real estate agent in 2017.

 

Frank is fiercely focused on investing in relationships, both personal and professional, to the point that both work friends and family call his cell the "Herman Helpline."

 

He brings a refreshing level of energy, responsiveness, and professionalism that makes home happen! He understands that this is the largest financial transaction of most people’s lives and it’s more than an investment, it is where your family lives. As a fiduciary, he takes the time to educate his clients so that they are able to make the best-informed decisions. When he is not in a consultation, board room, volunteering or with family, he loves the great outdoors, concerts, and traveling. His favorite destination is home, but he'll settle for a summer beach or a fall cabin for sure.

 

Beyond real estate, Frank has held a State Food License through the Health Department, multiple liquor licenses through the Department of Liquor Control, and achieved his National ANSI ServSafe Certification.

 

As a community partner, Frank was recruited to serve as a board director for the Chamber of Commerce and currently serves as Vice President of the Chamber Foundation. The Foundation, being a 501(c)3, is on track to award $200,000 dollars in total scholarships.

 

As a mentor, Frank has taught many agents the business and developed a large network of professionals who continue to raise the bar. In 2020, Frank's leadership was sought after, leading him to influential roles within City and State governance. He contributed significantly as a member of the Strategic Long Range Planning Committee for Columbus REALTORS® and later as a Board Member for Ohio REALTORS®. Surrounded by industry leaders, Frank was inspired to elevate his career further.

 

After exceeding the collegiate requirements in law, business, finance, and human resources; submitting to an extensive federal background check; and passing both state and national exams; Frank is considered a special agent under the licensure, holding the prestigious status of broker. To put this into perspective, out of the nearly 10,000 real estate agents throughout the 20 counties of Central Ohio, only an estimated 500 hold the highly desired broker's license. Even more exclusive, Frank is among the elite brokers who hold the highest title of Principal Broker. He currently serves on the Broker Advisory Council which impacts policy for Central Ohio.

 

In 2022, he founded the premium real estate brokerage Columbus Prime Realty as a private practice. The firm gets its "Prime" name after his first lecture at Hondros "location, location, location." Not all properties or professionals are the same. Everything has a top tier.
